Shereen is often giving talks on confidence building, wellbeing, team effectiveness interventions and coaches many people in their professional and private lives.

She has obtained certifications from the American institute of Life Coaching as well as the International recognized Solution Focused Coaching certification, is a Change Practitioner and an Agile Evangelist.  Shereen has been recognized for her work and continues to strive as we reimagine and relearn our new world and what that means to us.

Shereen is also the author of the book Currency of Kindness that keeps you motivated in creating a life’s diary to fetch our ambitions and strive to be a better version of who we are. 

Being flexible and malleable is something we have all had to get used to over the last few months. It is also a critical dexterity that every employer will be keeping an eye out for. While being flexible at work was once aligned with topographical mobility and suppleness, it is now about having an open mindset, being able to work well under the burden, adjusting to new and unforeseen deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and, in some instances taking on added responsibilities. It has taken a while for us to be okay with change and to be able to accept it as it comes to us in any form or state. Change has been taken in an adverse way by all people. It was a matter of fact until it became mandatory for us to start adjusting.
